Apex: nobody loves it, but we all deal with it — and scheduled jobs are some of the most painful things to dig into. Christopher's move is using Claude to accurately scope the ticket and run the investigation before touching anything. You build the plan together and decide what genuinely needs a human versus what Claude can own end-to-end. Watch for the trap: Claude will sometimes take the easy way out and hand you a "here's what you'd do" list when it should just be doing the work itself. Hold it to the full scope — make sure it completes everything that's in scope, not just describes it.
