Facilitator note

Attribution is one of our top projects — but while the HubSpot side is well-resourced, we haven't done much to make it easier on the Salesforce side. Kavean's UTM Translator starts to close that gap and gives us resources we can reuse to implement UTMs and attribution on SFDC. The standout move: using Claude to run a current-state analysis first, surfacing the gaps that need to be filled before implementation can even begin. From there it's a genuinely complex Flow build and CMDT (Custom Metadata Type) deployment — exactly the kind of multi-step SFDC work that's easy to underestimate.
