  • X) You will see a test CLIENT account for you
    • (with your test project inside of that)
  • X) Create projects with Nomenclature
    • [PROJECT NAME] (CLIENT | ENGAGEMENT TYPE)
      • Engagement Type:
          1. GTM Ops (or legacy: Revops)
          1. MOps or PipeOps
        • QUESTION - for engagement type... what is the difference between them all....
  • X) Adding users
    • Happens on a PER project (not on the client level)
  • X) Practice going from project > client
  • X) Practice changing the name of the project
  • Please be careful not to push into any other project except test project under your test client.
  • Scenario 1) Adhoc Work just came in
    • Create an example test project for yourself
    • Make up a scenario (you're going to let us know what scenario you created)
    • Practice a bit of that
  • Scenario 2) GTM Lifecycle Project
    • Create an example test project for yourself
    • Make up a scenario (you're going to let us know what scenario you created)
    • Log time against that
  • Scenario 3) CPQ Implementation Project
    • Create an example test project for yourself
    • Make up a scenario (you're going to let us know what scenario you created)
    • Log time against that

      1. Highly recommend using your best friend Claude Code
      • Feed Claude the transcripts of the trainings - and then ask them: "what would be a few good example scenarios"
