Something changed in how work gets done. Not a small change — a fundamental one. Most people haven't noticed yet.

The World You May Know​

You've probably used ChatGPT. Maybe Claude.ai or Gemini. You typed a question, got an answer, copied it into a doc, reformatted it, pasted it somewhere else. It was useful. It saved you some time.

But you were still doing the work. The AI gave you words. You did everything else.

What if the AI didn't just give you words — what if it did the work?

Why We Use This​

This tool changed how LeanScale operates. Not in a "nice productivity hack" kind of way — in a "we rebuilt how we work" kind of way. Every team member uses it. Every day. For real work.

At the time of recording this training, that's not typical. please put your seatbelt on because the upcoming trainings are going to be get wild.

What's Coming​

Over the next set of trainings, you're going to build up layer by layer:

  • Get set up — install the tools, get everything connected, so you're ready to go from day one
  • Feel the difference — watch the AI read your files, create documents, and edit them in real time. This is the moment it clicks.
  • Understand how it works — zoom out. Learn what's actually happening under the hood — models, tokens, context — just enough to use it well
  • Build your toolkit — create reusable workflows, save the things that work, so you're not starting from scratch every time
  • Connect to everything — plug your agent into the systems you already use. Pull data, push updates, without opening another tab.

Each training builds on the last. By the end, you won't just understand how this works — you'll be using it the way the rest of the team does.
